We stayed there for 3 nights. Nice, cozy and clean rooms, great location for excursions and hiking. Super delicious food and very nice and courteous staff. For the wonderful, warm and cheeky breakfast fairy, the accommodation actually deserves another 5 stars!

Nice, newly renovated rooms. The charm of the junior owner is slightly militarily jagged and yet warm. The food is good as you can expect in a Bavarian inn. However, it takes a while if there is still service to a party

We spent 9 nights at the Dannerwirt with our big dog. We were extremely satisfied. The room was cozy and clean. The food was great, both in the very cozy beer garden and in the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious too. The service was very friendly and quick and attentive despite the Corona stress. The location of the hotel is great, as you don't need too long by car from here to start many great, different excursions.

Short-term booking of a double room for one night in this cozy country inn and hotel. We then had a very good dinner in the same inn. On arrival we had to choose what we wanted to have breakfast for the next day. At breakfast, however, we asked ourselves what we had placed the order for the evening before. We had to urge several times because of the order placed, for example. For example, there was no bread, the ordered cheese was missing, the quantities served were minimal and we were embarrassed that we had to reorder several times. In addition, it took a long time because the service was only done by one employee. Summary: a very nice house, but the breakfast service was not satisfactory.

Very nice suite with lots of space and very nice hoteliers. The food in the adjoining restaurant is fantastic. Super nice service. The only thing missing is a nearby charging station for electric cars or an easily accessible socket or blue CEE socket.

In the evening we had dinner at Dannenwirt and were able to put together a meat-free, vegan dish. The food was prepared very tasty! Since the restaurant was very busy, we had to wait a bit for our food. Nevertheless, thanks for this flexible and great service! We will be back!

Side salad was good, great dressing. My wife's trout was too hot on one side and my Wiener Schnitzel (veal) was very gnarled. It can happen that nothing happened when the operator was advised, but it cannot be like that. For the price, I expect a response to a complaint.

A highly recommended 3-star hotel with a nice restaurant and beer garden. Ideal for a stopover on the way to Austria or for a few days of vacation in the wonderful mountains of the Wendelstein region. Chef Maik conjures up great dishes on the plate. Anja Schweinsteiger and her team spoil the guests with a lot of friendliness. We would love to come back!

Nice Bavarian hotel with a very pleasant "Biergarten". The breakfast is plentiful. Small adorable village with natural swimming pool 2 steps away for cooling off. A very good address.

We stopped there on our way through. A beautiful area. The room was ok but the cleanliness could have been better. In the hallway there was a little riddle which concerns the decoration ... After a long thought it finally "plopped" The food was bad, drowned in butter, not through, very greasy, and no fresh ingredients.

Stayed here on the weekend. Very nice, recently renovated rooms with a large flat screen. Delicious breakfast in the Zirbelstuben. In the evening in the beer garden delicious food with a varied menu. Free WiFi throughout the house and in the beer garden.

A really nice tavern, the food was excellent and at moderate prices. Unfortunately the waitress was alone in the garden, and I know what that means. With a little patience, which unfortunately many lack, you can spend wonderful hours here ....

Great atmosphere. Delicious food. They have a beer garden and the waitress Therese is terrific!

Peaceful, kinda cosy and convenient. Breakfast, though a little savoury heavy, was good enough. No lift. We arrived close to 21:00, when their kitchen closes. Couldn't tell if they were being helpful or making us choose certain things. Either way, the food and beer were good and went down well.

We were made to feel very welcome. They changed rooms for us with no problem as we decided preferred a balcony. The front desk and restaurant were very helpful and accommodating. The housekeepers were some of the sweetest women I have ever met. We were there because my brother was in the hospital in Rosenheim and the ladies were very caring and loving. Overall a very lovely hotel to stay!
